This past weekend we hosted our first in-person Profitable Practice Mastermind Meeting of 2019. The Mastermind experience is incredibly unique. There were podiatrists from all around the country with different size practices, different ages, different 3, 5 and 10-year goals. We spent two days together covering a wide range of topics. Anything from business development to billing, coding and revenue cycle to best clinical practices. We also reviewed the key metrics that drive successful medical businesses forward. There is nothing else like it in our industry.
One of the most important things about Mastermind is that we answer each other’s questions in order to find solutions that can be implemented immediately and make changes that turn into better business and better patient care.

How do you present EPAT to your patients? Would you provide any materials or brochures you provide patients for your orthotics and EPAT?
I want to thank you, Matt, Chris and Nicole for all your hospitality and consideration. As an introvert by nature, I initially tend to be quiet and an information gatherer, but will be much more interactive soon! I’ve really enjoyed meeting you and all the participants, and appreciate all the insight and information everyone is offering and sharing.
