Life is full of surprises….some exciting and some very unwelcome.
I travel quite a bit and as you can imagine, I often find myself at the mercy of weather and airline delays. Â 2019 has been particularly bad for my travel and seemingly every time I’m traveling, there have been huge delays and missed flights.
I used to get really worked up about delays. Travel delays, delays at the hospital or surgery center, patients showing up late, etc.
I’ve done a way better job in the last few years of taking things as they come and not letting things that are out of my control negatively impact me.
This has translated into me being happier and easier to work with/live with and those around me have taken notice.
This weeks video is me dealing with a recent travel problem and how I dealt with it to the benefit of my patients…..and at the end of the video there is a little of me being poked fun at….enjoy….as my family got a good laugh.
