Bringing an upbeat and positive attitude every moment of every day can be hard. However, in our world, it’s a necessity. Every patient encounter needs to be thought of as an individual business meeting. The patient doesn’t care if you’re having a bad day or if previous patients were difficult. They just want to know how you can help them….right now.
The same thought process can be used with your employees and other interactions, such as at the hospitals, surgery centers, wound care centers and with other individuals you might encounter during your day. You need to bring enthusiasm to all of those.
In this weeks video, I highlight a very special person who I had the privilege to spend time with during our recent family trip to Egypt. Â
Take a look at the message and how Hala brings that enthusiasm every day to her life and how it impacts others….and how that can help you do the same thing.
Have a great week.

My father Samuel Zuckerman, who practiced for 60 years in Chiropody and then Podiatry was asked by myself, David Zuckerman. Dad how do you do this job day in and day out over and over.? He answer without hesitation, work is the same but the people aren’t. You must love people as well as your work but its the people that make this a love of your profession. I have treated patients from all over the world including every state in the Union. People are what its
all about. Thanks. David Zuckerman DPM
