This has been an incredibly exciting week for us here at Weil Foot & Ankle Institute. After 33 years in the same building, we moved our busiest clinic and administrative offices to a much better home. We have modernized all of our patient care areas and provided our patients, doctors and staff with a much better environment.
Previously, we had two campuses for our administration/operations and now we are all coming together into one great space.
We now have 9,000 square feet of patient care area which includes 13 treatment rooms, MRI, physical therapy space and more. In addition to that, we now have 15,000 square feet of bright and collaborative space for our administration which includes our call center, revenue cycle, accounting, IT, marketing and executive team.
While the size and scale of what we are doing may seem enormous and excessive to you, there are some important reasons why we made this move.
Your physical space says a lot about your business. Make sure it represents how you want to be seen and perceived by patients, industry, staff and anyone visiting.
