If you want to be more than a practice owner and be a real business owner, you need to act the part.
Real businesses spend time and effort creating a budget for the following year so that they can plan for revenue, expenses, investments, and more to put their companies on the path for success. Without a budget, you are traveling without a map and have no idea where you might end up. Â
