Remember when you went to college and people talked about the Freshman 15? It was when kids went off to college and gained a bunch of weight. It was a bit of a joke but in many instances, it was a real thing.
Well, now a lot of the world is experiencing the COVID 15. And it’s kind of the same thing. Activity has decreased. Eating and snacking has increased. People are feeling lethargic from both. And then the clothes stop fitting right as we start to get back to more normal routines. Many of us have developed some bad habits over the last couple of months.
This week’s video talks about my COVID 15 and what I’m doing about it.
When I talk about how to overcome this issue, it’s about developing good habits. Good habits start with a commitment but really develop with following through repeatedly AND recording progress.
Whether you want to lose some of your COVID weight, or you want to develop other positive habits, the concepts I share in today’s video can translate.
