Recently, the Weil Foot & Ankle Institute was asked to participate in a Chicagoland survey to see what employees thought of their workplaces. We were ere excited to be involved. Nearly 75% of our 180+ employees responded to the survey, which was far more than the 45% level that other businesses captured.
We have not gotten all of the data yet, but the initial feedback is incredibly valuable. We are gaining insight into the things we are doing right and the things that we can do better.
This week’s video talks about presenting surveys to your team so that you can provide better patient care.
Sometimes it’s hard to see everything from the perspective of the owner and/or doctor, but it’s important to get the input of those who are in the trenches with you and likely have a different perspective. By asking for your team’s input, they will also feel that they are a part of the process and become more engaged in the ultimate outcome, which is better patient care.
