Where Ideas Go To Die

This past week I was on my first real vacation since February.  I always preach about how important it is to get away, recharge, spend time with your family and friends, however like everything else, 2020 has been different.

Besides all the things that we all love about vacation, I find it’s a great time to reflect on all aspects of life and also my opportunity to free my mind and create ideas and plans.

I was able to accomplish those things last week and I came back to work with many things on my list to do.

I’ve spent a good portion of this week putting things in place and talking to key people about executing the ideas and plans I decided were priorities.  I’ll continue those discussions into the weekend and next week.

I find it’s easy to come up with ideas and plans but it’s really hard to execute.  And even harder to be accountable to the result.

Take a look at this week’s video about avoiding those missteps and put yourself on a strategy for success.

Have a great week.
