Tomorrow is Employee Appreciation Day and while there are a lot of “Hallmark” days that can start to wear you out, I think this day is one we should pay attention to.
As physicians, most of us do a great job of engaging our patients with fantastic bedside manner, however that doesn’t always carry over to how we interact with our employees. I’ve observed doctors who are too busy to say, “good morning” or “thank you” at the end of the day to their team.
For the most part, our employees are dedicated to patient care and our organizations and they work tirelessly.
This year, as much as any, we need to step back, take some time, and recognize our employees on this day.
Take a look at this week’s video where I share some of my additional thoughts. Make sure you take care of your team.
Have a great week.

P.S. look out for an announcement coming soon about a free webinar that I will be putting on the week of March 14th on why you would want to grow your business through acquisition and how to value practices based on my considerable experience.
