Wow! What a week I’ve just had.
We just announced a substantial merger between Weil Foot & Ankle and a fantastic business in a new State for us. My Team and I spent Monday – Thursday getting to know the doctors, team members and opportunities. It was exhilarating.
During the time, I also met with multiple doctors in the area to get a sense of what they were struggling with and how we could be helpful. There is a commonality to what people are telling me and I discuss that in this week’s video.
The main take home is that you don’t have to do it alone. FABI is here to help.
