Prior to creating FABI in 2013, I regularly had doctors around the country reach out to me asking me to share our protocols. Since FABI’s initial event in January, 2014, and then the subsequent successful Mastermind Program, the desire from our members and those who attend our Events for protocols, clinical and business have continued to be front and center.
Regularly, people have asked Chris, Matt, and me to share our protocols.
The reality is that each practice/business has their own protocols and needs for protocols and can’t just take a “cookie cutter” approach.
During our quarterly Mastermind Meeting last weekend, Matt led a workshop on how to develop practice/business policies, protocols, and procedures. Everyone found it very instructive and a foundation to really build upon.

To create a strong business and solid culture, it is quite important to have written and shared policies, protocols, and procedures. It shouldn’t just be the obvious things but as much as possible, inclusive of clinical protocols. While YOU might have it all in your head, that isn’t nearly enough. Your Team needs to see it, read it, and live it.
As you end 2021 and plan for 2022, spending some time developing practice policies, protocols and procedures will serve you and your business well.
