The 7 Steps to Happiness

There’s a lot going on in our world that can make you feel down.  On top of that are the pressures of being a compassionate and engaged physician, a business owner, and available to your friends and family.

Then there’s the winter blues that many people feel with lack of sunlight and the other challenges of colder weather.

I recently read an article about some key things to improve our happiness.  

In this week’s video I share my personal experiences with them. I think you’ll find these things easy to implement and the video will give you some strategies to employ.
