First impressions are so valuable! Today, I went to a new Dermatologist office for the first time. I needed a yearly check up with Melanoma running in our family.
I was very impressed with the building that the practice was in and the modern, sleek, comfortable reception area as well as the greeting I received from the front desk staff.
Last week we talked about first impressions on the telephone, which are so important, and this week we talk about the visual first impressions of your practice.
