I have a tendency to be no-nonsense and jump right into meetings when they are scheduled. My calendar is consistently really busy all day long, so I don’t have time to waste. As a result, I miss opportunities to connect with team members on a more casual basis.
If you’re like me, most of the meetings are not to pat ourselves on the back but rather look for opportunities for improvement. We always want better. We are always driven towards perfection.
Well, last week, I had an epiphany, and it was created by our new Fellow, Edgar Sy.
Take a look at this week’s video to find out what it was.
Have a great week.

Great way to start a meeting on a positive note and have staff hear from a peer possibly something new to bring into their approach to patient care that they can be proud of as well
