Listen, Observe and Learn a lot about Your Business

So often, as doctors and business owners, we are rushing around from clinic to surgery to family things to running the business that we don’t take the time to really observe what is happening.

Recently, I’ve spent quite a bit of time visiting our different clinics and doctors. I’ve been watching, listening, and observing to find opportunities for improvements.

It’s been incredibly eye opening and I discuss it in this week’s video.

While it takes up time, I strongly believe this can be differentiating for your business and your team will really appreciate the effort to understanding the nuances of the business.
