I’ve been meeting with all of our doctors over the past three months and had a great interaction with one of our busiest doctors about some improvements he’s made in his practice.
It was a really interesting conversation as he’s always been considered one of the most sought after and comprehensive doctors in his group and takes on the most difficult cases.
Because of the complex nature of his patient population, it’s not uncommon for him to run behind by an hour or more in clinic. He’s historically beloved by his patients, however his recent survey results told a different story and as a result, he decided to make a change.
That change turned out to be a great success.

One big takeaway for all of us is that we can always make changes to get better. Just because we have “always done it that way” or have a perception of the right way doesn’t mean there can’t be a better way.
Have a great week.
