Last weekend we had our quarterly Mastermind Meeting.
Our Mastermind group is comprised of 30 entrepreneurial podiatrists who are leading their organizations with improved patient care, systems that improve efficiency and employee engagement, and overall increased profitability.
The relationships fostered in this group are like nothing else I have seen in the profession. Each person really cares about the others and their success.
Accountability is a meaningful byproduct of being a part of this close-knit group and that is really important when you are on a journey that can both feel lonely and easy to take short cuts.
Chris, Matt and I feel lucky that we can be a part of/and have an impact on these people’s lives and we share a bit of that with you in this week’s video.
As you watch, think to yourself, “do I have a trust group like this?”
Wouldn’t it be great to be able work with other like-minded people who are going through the trials and tribulations of being a doctor, surgeon, CEO, parent, spouse and more? People who can understand what I’m truly going through.
