I often get asked by doctors to share our protocols for different diagnoses. It seems that everyone is thirsting for the magic protocol that works for everyone. Well, it isn’t that simple, however I can tell you, treatment protocols do work.
When you have established treatment protocols….(and I recommend following evidence based medicine)…..you follow them, and your team knows them….it turns into better patient outcomes.
Recently, at our quarterly FABI Mastermind meeting, we talked about one particular treatment protocol which really resonated with everyone. It may seem basic when you watch this weeks video, however I can assure you that it was something everyone in the room was excited about.
Don’t stop at one. Develop many and see how much better you get through your day, the improvement of your team and the patient outcomes that you will see.
