Well, here in Chicago, we are in the midst of a crazy winter storm that has travel plans all messed up. It’s so unfortunate as this is such a joyous time of the year.
Regardless, people around the organization are still talking about their upcoming Holiday time away and celebrations.
Every family has their traditions, whether familial, religious, or more.
Our family loves to get together, cook, eat and have fun. One of our best traditions for this time of year is making homemade Bolognese lasagna from scratch…..including the noodles. We’ve been doing it for 25 years and everyone looks forward to it. I’ve attached some pictures below.
