Late last year I reminded you that goal setting was really important towards preparing for the upcoming year and helping to drive success. I talked about the importance of goal setting and then communicating those goals to the people who can help you accomplish them.
It’s often much easier to set goals then to be accountable to them and accomplishing them.
Now that we are two months into the new year it’s a good time to take inventory, take a look at your goals and see where you are on the path to fulfilling them.
You don’t want to get too far into the year and realize you’re headed in the wrong direction….or worse…no direction at all.
