Last week, we had our Annual all day doctors meeting. Once a year, we shut down all the clinics to spend time on organizational education. I know it might seem uncomfortable to many of you to shut down operations for a whole day without any patient contact. I will tell you very strongly…it is worth it. The value that comes from a dedicated day working on education for the physicians and employees pays for itself over and over again with improved patient care and more engaged doctors and team.
