This week, we had our July Mastermind virtual meeting. Each member talked about where they were towards their 2023 goals and what steps needed to be taken to make sure they were met by the end of the year.
Most members were on track to achieve their goals and those who were not quite there understood what needs to be done in the second half of the year to get there.
Many of the members reported increased revenue through the first half of the year compared to 2022….as well as expenses. We talked about the math that shows that expenses can increase with increasing revenue if it produces more profitability.
There are many ways to increase profitability. You can cut expenses. You can increase revenue.
In this week’s video, I talk about three ways to increase your profitability that anyone can implement.
Don’t wait until the end of the year to assess your progress on your goals. The midpoint of the year is a good time to look and make sure you’re on track.
