As we start the 4th quarter, many people are looking at their yearly revenue goals and feel like they need to step on the gas to achieve their desired outcome. I regularly get questions about how to increase revenue.
First and foremost, everything must start with appropriate patient care. Never think about revenue before what is in the best interest of the patient.
That said, by providing comprehensive care, you will not only improve patient outcomes and get people better faster, and also increase the revenue you collect.
I have spent many hours in the clinic observing many fantastic doctors and can say that I see missed opportunities for improved care in nearly everyone I spend time with…no matter if they’ve been in practice for 30 years or recently started their careers.
