In 2011, my practice had 4 doctors and grossed $8 million annually. In the ten years since then, we’ve expanded to 43 doctors across 4 states and are now bringing in $30+ million annually. If you’re looking to seriously grow or sell your practice, the tips I’m sharing on this free class are for you so you won’t want to miss this.
I’ve been reflecting as of late on how things have changed in my practice in the past 10 years. Looking back at 2011, Weil Foot & Ankle was grossing $8 million annually with 10 doctors on staff.
In 2021, so much has changed! We are proud to have expanded from 10 doctors to now 43 across 4 states and are grossing over $30 million each year.
That is a massive shift for any business, but especially so for those of us in Podiatry!
There are a lot of things over the last 10 years that have contributed to such growth, but if I had to pick just one single thing that made the biggest impact at Weil Foot & Ankle, it’s merging with or acquiring other podiatry practices. We’ve done this successfully with more than 15 different practices in the last decade and it’s absolutely proven to expand our reach, our impact and our patient care time and time again!
Here’s the thing though – mergers and acquisitions (or M&A) can be very tough. There are a lot of questions that have to be asked before you do it, but the two biggest questions that doctors have when I discuss M&A with them, is why should they do it and how much to pay to purchase a practice.
With all the opportunity in the Podiatry space right now, I’m seeing a lot of doctors consider this, and just as many making mistakes in the decision making process. So, I’ve decided to host a class to cover two main topics.
This is a free class that’s taking place this coming week, and if you’ve ever thought about buying another practice (or even selling your own), this will be the best 90-minutes you spend this week… don’t tell your spouse ;)
Registering is easy, just pick the date and time that works best for your schedule and join us live on Zoom! No credit card or payment required to join. You just need 90-minutes of undivided attention and a laptop or notebook to take notes.
I’m really looking forward to sharing exactly how we used mergers & acquisitions to grow our practice over the past 10 years, and how you can do the same in your practice this year. And at the end of this class, I’ll reveal the biggest mistake made when purchasing a practice.
Registering takes less than 20 seconds – so go ahead and pick your date and time and join me for this class on the single most valuable tool that we’ve used to grow my practice.
See you soon!
