Today, we are finishing our Series on “First Impressions.” Thank you for all the positive comments you have sent me about this series.
In our 4th and last installment, I talk about the impression that people have while they are sitting in the treatment room waiting for the doctor to come in AND their first impression upon meeting the doctor.
With the exception of seeing your picture on your website (last week’s First Impression video), the new patient has likely never seen or met you. You need to make sure those first 30 seconds are positive.
People are judging you the moment they walk into your office and the moment you walk into their treatment room. What is the impression you portray?
Take a look at this week’s video where I talk about some of the ways that people are judging you and things you can consider to make it the best impression possible.
Remember, you only have one chance to make a first impression….except that you have one chance to make a first impression at four different points of your business. Make sure you have put considerable thought into those points so that you are portraying the experience that you desire.
