This is our last episode in the series about making a first impression.

I think what we cover in this week’s video is one of the most underappreciated and overlooked aspects of making a first impression.  

You and your business are being judged by patients the moment they start looking for you by calling your office or searching online.  The first time they see you face to face is a critical component to what happens next.  You are going to be recommending treatment and getting them to say yes to what you want them to do to get healthy starts the moment they enter your office and more importantly in the treatment room.  

There are many opportunities for you to make a great impression which allows you to get them to yes more easily…..a huge component to driving a successful business and great patient care.
