I know we all got into medicine to help people and it is so gratifying when we have happy patients because of the care we provide.
This past week, I was watching a video from a well-known business coach (I love having coaches as they help me reach new heights) who was talking about the best way to serve your client is falling in love with the client and their future results.
It got me thinking that sometimes, we may lose our edge and go through the motions, moving from patient to patient. In order to get back to that I started thinking about things in the way he describes.
While I feel I do a pretty darn good job showing my patients I care (and I do hear that from them and see that in online reviews), there’s always an opportunity to improve.
