Starting this week, I am going to provide a series of first impression videos that will highlight the different areas of your business where first impressions are critical. Making sure those impressions are positive ones are key to the health of your business.

Many don’t pay enough attention to this ever so critical part of our businesses. We take it for granted that if the phone is ringing and patients are coming into the office that everything is hunky dory. Well, I hate to break it to you, it’s not.
