Last week was the first episode of our “First Impressions Series.” We talked about how important it is to answer the phones well. By the comments that you all sent in, it was a home run.
Let’s talk about the first impression when someone enters your building and office space.
Sometimes we get so comfortable in our space….we come and go without noticing that it’s not up to the standards that it was when we moved in or last remodeled.
Back in August, I talked about your space being “Real Estate Ready.” This topic is similar but more specifically about the first impression patients have upon entering your office and how they are greeted.
Take a look at this week’s video and second installment of “First Impressions Series” where I talk about these first impressions and ways that you can enhance the patient experience.
Remember, there are multiple ways that you and your team make a first impression and you don’t want to overlook any of them.
Have a great week.
